Submitting a case to Occlus is simple.
You can search for Occlus directly within your scanner partner portal. Step-by-step instructions are available on our Scanner Connection Guide page.
If you prefer, we also accept STL or PLY files exported from your scanner. These can be sent via email — just contact us at hello@occlus.com.au, and our team will be happy to assist.

Our standard turnaround time is typically 5–9 business days.
